About Us

MarkCares was organized to confront a deepening crisis of HIV/AIDS facing far too many of our children. We are calling on all Americans to take action. We at MarkCares offer an intergenerational approach to inform the community about the potential harm to our children should we do nothing, and encourage them to advocate for, address, and support our children’s issues with urgency and persistent

MarkCares seeks to end pediatric HIV/AIDS. To help children have the capacity and the opportunity to become young adults, with the help of parents and leaders who bring lasting and positive change in their communities. MarkCares promotes the valuing, protecting, and advancing the worth and rights of children. We work with and assist children and family members, regardless of their race, creed or gender. MarkCares listens to our children, so children and youth can tell us their experiences. From this knowledge, we can help make an impactful in the communities served. We help educate families on maternal/child health, to help them achieve their goals, to improve the quality of life. In addition, we review studies to determine what is needed in the communities where the children live. We have a deep understanding of localities needs and a long-term goal of enabling children to become contributing adults.
